Unfortunately, this apps verification process is ridiculous. The gaming site was well done and enjoyable. When it comes to being verified, apparently the documentation that they initially ask for, the scanning of id/face , copies of utility bill, bank stmt is not good enough. All other sites have not had an issue with any of documents. The issue with them gets worse when you ask to delete your account. On the sixth email, 4 included id and still receiving emails asking for more documentation. Worst site I have experienced and hope to never have to go through this again on any other sites. Do not waste your time, I was going to redeem less then 100 and they refused to verify me.

I made a few bets on Sportzino, but after winning some they silently limited me to $1 bets across all markets. I contacted support a few times and only got the same copy-paste response about a “counter-offer” and “coin value being reduced,” which is just a way to avoid admitting they limit winning players. Now I’m trying withdraw my money, but they’re holding my balance hostage, requiring a utility bill or bank statement most places will be OK with just taking a bank statement. But no, this goes well and beyond. It is crazy though no ID was needed to deposit. This platform is shady, dishonest, and punishes users for winning. I want to be able to bet more than a dollar it takes away the whole experience. I initially enjoyed this platform before this. If I can wager over a dollar I will change my review. I feel like I’ve been treated unfairly. Also, I wrote a review on trust pilot and got flagged as defamatory.

So far it’s the best casino I’ve played. Put in $20 and got up to $400 within an hour. I just redeemed $350. Now we’ll see how long that takes. Only problem was that it took forever to get verified. I even had to send in more documents. I had already won up to $200 but couldn’t redeem bc I had to wait until I was verified. So of course I blew all that away. Finally got verified today. Put in $20 and now I just redeemed $350 out of the $400 I just won. And it’s already being sent to my bank account. This will probably take awhile but it’s better then my winnings just sitting there and me blowing it away bc I couldn’t redeem. I will update once I get my money. But as far as these slots compared to others……these are by far the best.
