With this app (which is by far the worst government service app I have ever had the misfortune of being required to use) one should expect that an unexpected error will constantly occur. “Sorry an Unexpected Error Has Occurred” says this app on a constant basis.

This whole mailing service is a shame.. it makes your life harder with every shipment. I will say in terms of Saudi public services, this mailing is the worst thing to exist. You will have shipments sitting without notice, and getting things delivered to your door is nearly impossible as you have to visit a branch. Not to forget this useless app that does nothing besides take payments for extra services , 0/5 in every aspect

Worst app ever, cause why would it not let me edit anything in the app? So you will end up calling the customer service, it’s u s e l e s s. If they stick to a customer service number is gonna be way better than having an application that DOES NOT WORK. If I could give it 0 stars I would but it would not let me. Please if you think to use this app just don’t, you will be furious at max cause it simply don’t work, don’t even bother and call customer service it’s worse, stick to fedex or aramex.
