I actually been on jawwy with STC since it was established. Every time they’re behaving badly! It is just like they’re the one paying us not us !!? Terrible services including connections, internet and calls .. what gives them the right to charge customers those high prices for such services is nothing actually. Consider your prices Vs. Services to know that you’re being lost. We do have other options and better than this materialistic company. Personally I’ll transfer my line to MOBILY COMPANY where they respect their customers as I’m using their services from my 2nd phone .

This app is incredibly annoying with its constant demands for updates. It seems like every time I open it, there’s a new update required, even when I’m on a critical low data connection. Instead of letting me use the app when I need it most, it locks me out until I download the latest version, which is a huge inconvenience, especially with limited data. This relentless update cycle makes the app feel unreliable and user unfriendly. Fix this and prioritize functionality over forced updates.

I had enough with this service, always lagging and sudden stops and on top of that the weak application that requires you to sign in each time u launch it. They should be ashamed calling themselves “by stc” with this app and service.
