I adore this game to bits, from the enticing stories, to the amazingly humongous cast of cards that you collect to optimize the strongest team, this game’s the golden standard of card games! You can either buy your way to victory or simply G R I N D your way to the top depending on your play style, and other mechanics and gimmicks this game holds is beneficial, like the upgrade and rune systems which strengthen your team for the better, so I am proud to say that this game’s great. Also, there are other sets you know, so can you please make all but set 5 cards and mythical cards in the common, gold purchased spellstones? It’ll be the convenience, thank you! Another issue is that the card battles sometimes lag out, and when they stop lagging out, they send me to the campaign map. Can you please fix it? If you can’t, that’s ok.

PSA - always look at the name of the person writing the review. If it’s xbffgyf then that’s a company that these devs can use to up their review score. If you see something like PAYme or Mola or Money in their name there’s a good chance they are getting something for writing that review or are the 1% that spends obscene amounts of cash to win games on their phones and are trolling you to download as they consider you easy targets. Always take reviews from both sides - the devs and the gamers. And always sift through the reviews and read the ones from gamers that actually play these games. So this game is fun and addictive which is a shame because of the tactics they use. When I first started playing I thought how could this game have been around 3 years and only have a handful of reviews because it’s awesome. The issues are that you need materials to upgrade your cards however there is no system to earn these Mats outside of some random stuff, there isn’t even a place to spend real money on these Mats which makes no sense at all (I would have blown some coin on it for sure). So your only choice is to spend money on new cards or their in game currency but that only buys you new cards as well. So eventually you hit the part of the game where the AI has all of these upgraded cards at their disposal and you don’t. I’m not sure what the pvp aspect is like but I’m sure it’s very lopsided with those that spend money vs those that don’t. This isn’t a traditional pay wall but in it essence that’s what it is. Which I really don’t mind but I’m not spending money on new cards I’d rather upgrade the ones I have. I would only recommend playing this game if your in it for the PVP and have access to a disposable income. There really is no way to earn the items to move along in the game.

The gameplay is ok overall, I've been playing this game for 4 or 5 months now. Artwork is nice. The skills and battle system is simple and enjoyable, but you can only stay competitive in this game if you do at least one of two things. You either have to pay for at least 1 or 2 premium packs or purchases every once in a while or play this game actively. This game does not treat inactive people very well as all events are based on a sort of stamina system where you have to log in to spend that stamina before it caps out and you just basically lost a battle you could have done. One of the events, you can even buy the stamina for premium currency. These events are not typically difficult until you get high scores, if you get higher scores, you will be matched against better players, this ranges from beginner, to endgame player depending on your score. The pvp is ok but very awkward at moments. At the beginning, it will be completely unbalanced as you'll typcically be matched with people leagues above you and get destroyed. After that, matchups are fairer. This game is not locked behind a paywall as many idiots have announced after playing this game for one or 2 days. After a month or so, you can build up a nice (kind of) competitive deck. The story is different for top tier as you will probably have to have either played that game for 6 months+ or pay money.
