I bought 3 iphones all had some damage or the other.. bought a case but it was the wrong model and after returning it for exchange.. they did not give a replacement or a refund.. They deliver and change the delivery dates and timings according to their schedules.. they don’t consider that we have work to do and we arrange according to the timings on the app.. some of the guys who deliver refuse to come up to the apartment and insist that I go downstairs to get the package and are very rude and impolite.. and a lot of other issues and incidents..unfortunately I have to shop there coz I really don’t have the time to go to a supermarket or go shopping.. if there is any other app I will definitely delete souq.. Thank you anyway..

This the second time they are doing this without informing I am really disappointed by their service, i had to call their toll free number to enquire about the order to find out why they cancelled, when i asked the gentleman why they cancelled my order without informing me , he said the products was not available. And was trying to offer me SR:50 compensation. They have charged me full for my order / and atleast should have had the courtesy to call and inform me about it . Pls souq buyers don’t trust this site - you will get cheated . I called the toll free to talk to their manager but the person who picked up the phone says he will contact me in 2 hours time . Waiting for his call . Let me see how he responds

I have placed three previous orders with Souq online and so far very good service and very fast delivery especially for products eligible for free shipping. Customer service is always there to answer your concerns either they’ll promptly call you or send you an email for communicating your concerns. They always need follow up feedback from the customer as based on my experience. But my rating could’ve been a 5 star if most authentic goods have complete product specification.
