Song Infos - your music stats

I love the concept of the app. Unlike other People, I don’t mind paying a couple bucks to have all my listening stats; I listen to music multiple hours a day. However, the app is not syncing with Apple Music well. Today, my play count says I’ve only played four songs, but I’ve listened to music for three hours today. It’s missing almost all the songs I’ve listened to. I tried looking at the FAQ, but there is nothing. I tried chatting with someone in the app. Still nothing. I will keep trying to resolve the issue. If not, I will be requesting a refund.

Can we have a tab for our most played songs of the past week / month / year? I have to use another app for that information but it’s not as accurate as this app is when it comes to song plays
