Since Mid November I have been experiencing freezing of the games, winning the star cash challenges the $ still doesn’t section shows the winnings. When I click on it, the cash doesn’t show up in the app. For example: I won $4.00 at the end of the tournament and when it’s time to add it to my cash section, it won’t transfer. This has been since Saturday. It’s been more often than not it happens practically on a daily basis when the game freezes. I’ll close it out because it goes to a black screen so I have to close the app or turn my phone off. I can assure you it never fails to take a deposit from my bank card. I would like a refund asap! You can’t screen shot this activity because I’ve tried. I will screen shot the next time the $4.00 Star winnings appear again. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. I’ve been waiting hours for a response to my request for help in getting a payment posted. Had problems signing up from the beginning. Reaching for assistance is a nightmare, then you get no response. DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! 1. Won’t let you post unless you give them 5 stars. 2. Put in $19, glitch took it all and never posted it in account for play but showed as a successful transaction. 3. No way to close account once opened. 4. No customer service. Did have an email system. Is gone now. 2-4 requests for help, zero response. 5. Most bonuses do not post to balance for play. 6. Initially appear to be glitches, then become a permanent feature. No attempt on the part of vendor to correct them. 7. Strange deductions in my PayPal account since this began. Going to PayPal for shutdown and a case against this vendor. App Store no better. Have waited a week, no response from you either. THIS APP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I only put five stars so that it gets posted but please read the whole thing. Sorry it’s a little lengthy. The game started out all right but then when I tried to withdraw, it told me I had to make a deposit so I deposited six dollars so that I can withdraw $10 and really it takes a dollar fee so it ended up being nine dollars and then after I made the deposit, the game started to act funny I’ve played two games and both games have froze in the middle of the game. The first game I was towards the end so it didn’t bother me but the next game froze right in the beginning of the game and shut me out. I have contacted the support, but I don’t know if they’re gonna get back to me or not because I’ve been seeing reviews that their support is not too good. I will update once I see that support has contacted me, but I’ve lost money due to the game freezing in the beginning of me trying to play. So far this game is not looking too great. Probably don’t download this game.
