Solitaire Royalty: Happy Cards

I absolutely love this game but now it won’t even load for me, I’m to far into the game to reinstall it, is there any thing that can be done to fix it without losing every thing I have? If it can be fixed I will give it a 5 star rating…the problem is fixed and I am a very happy player of this game…

It will freeze up or crash, even though I have updated the app… Other than that, I love this game

I would have given this game a 5 star if they would STOP forcing us to watch a long Ad after every turn! it’s not fair that you do this to us game developers. I really, REALLY enjoyed your choice of classical music you play the back ground of each game. AND I really like the surprises of added bonus such as a slot machine card to swipe away the tops cards, or perfume bottle to vanish cards so you have more of a ability to win. Plus you offer free coins and a spinning wheel and couple of other bonus cards to use so we can win by removing all cards on deck. It REALLY is a unique card game and I’m SO dissatisfied & disappointed that you ruined the entire reason we play this game. To have fun. HOW can you have fun being forced to watch an Ad after every play? PLEASE , please, can you update this wonderful card game to only having a CHOICE to watch Ads to get bonus cards. Why are you so greedy ? Is this the way you want to represent yourself as a developer? Please consider the people who want to have fun and enjoy playing your game out of 100 games to choose from. You’d be more popular this way.
