Solitaire Collection Fun

I’ve been enjoying this game for years. I love the under water background the most. It’s so relaxing. I’m disappointed that in the past few weeks there has been an awful music playing in the background that is so annoying. I have to shut down the game to kill the noise, but then after a few plays, it states up again. I have sounds turned off because I prefer playing the game in silence but it still comes on. It won’t even turn off if I silence my cell either. The only way to quiet it is by completing lowering my volume. Then when I’m done playing, I end up forgetting it’s low and miss calls or texts. This was my favorite go to game for relaxing and enjoying a good game of solitaire but now it’s become an irritating app. I looked into paying for no ads but you don’t offer anything but monthly or annual fees which is too much for me, there’s no one time fee. But the ads don’t bother me as much as that music does. Please shut off that horrible clown music and allow the player to play a game without wanting to throw the phone across the room to kill the noise. It probably makes no difference to you if I delete this game and you lose a customer because you have plenty of others, but I really hope I don’t have to. That annoying music has got to go.

Finally, after few freezing issues a couple wks ago, works so much better! I’m a happy lady! 😁👌 Can I make a suggestion? Due to earning millions of tokens/coins (whatever y’all call ‘em) not being able to do much else with them, I think many of us players would enjoy new backgrounds. Same boring ones. Seasonal, holidays, animals, sports even…something different! I would love to “dress” my game board up nicely with different ones😁 Just a suggestion, is all. Again, thank you so much for fixing my game! 🙌😁

I’ve played this game for over a year. The multiple game modes and daily challenges are fun and I like the customization options. However, in the past few months when I’ve been playing the game it will freeze in the middle of the game and either continue or the app will crash, causing me to lose my progress. This is fine with regular solitaire but can get annoying 15 minutes in to a four-suit spider game. I have tried restarting my device but it still happens. Other issues include: the high score system for klondike solitaire does not work properly (I’ve gotten high scores that it does not record), and it keeps trying to give me sales on animations even though I’ve bought all of them. I’m switching to a different one because the crashing issue has gotten too annoying, but otherwise, the app has everything I could want out of a solitaire app.
