SnapTik - Tik Video Downloader

I was charged for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for and never used. I did not download this app directly from the App Store, nor did I intentionally agree to a paid subscription. It appears to have been added or triggered without clear consent, which is extremely frustrating. If a user is not actively using the app, that should be evident within the system, and charging regardless feels misleading. I should not have been required to pay simply to access my App Store or resolve this issue. Transparency and clearer consent are absolutely needed.

Purchase the app with the old system, trying to reestablish it with the new system it will not let me put in my info to redo and restore my purchase of it already had the original app for only three months loved it

First they make you late for it and they after you pay, you still see adds you still the promos that they want to push and it’s not what you pay for. You pay for convenience to get in and get out. No one has time to pay for a subscription and then still have to deal with ads, then have to restart the app for you not to see the ads . I do t like ads that’s why I pay not to deal with them them. I don’t get that feeling with this all while I pay and still have to deal ads. Be better to your paying clients.
