Very temperamental, only really works when it feels like it, not great when your fitting 3+ systems a day, expected better

Bought my smoke alarm and can’t get them to link up. Download app put in my email address and password and it keep coming up with check your internet or email or password incorrect. My email and password are good and so is my internet. A waste on money and my time , can’t even get to a problem solving forum.

Just installing a SmartLINK gateway. The instructions does not mention anything about creating an account and neither does the app. I see that the developer explains that the app is only for registered users. Well WHY NOT SAY THAT ON THE APP AND IN THE INSTRUCTIONS?
