Useless
I have spent hours trying to connect to my new router. Phone calls to Give Energy customer helpline simply do not connect, What's App conversation total waste of time with operative handling a number of conversations at the same time and then sending a complete useless instruction video. Email to Give Energy customer support still un answered after 5 working days. Absolutely Woeful!!!

It doesn’t work
So frustrating. Unable to access my dashboard after new broadband provider. My accounts email address and password are not recognised by this installer program and so am unable to update the WiFi details. Worried my smart meter may not be working. The WhatsApp Chat is useless, no response after several attempts during published active hours. A truly bad customer experience.

Utterly useless!
I cannot believe that GivEnergy are associated with this totally dysfunctional App - as everyone has found, simply trying to change WiFi provider is impossible. You just go round in circles for what should be a very straightforward process. I’m going to have to try & contact GivEnergy to see if there’s another way to do this.
