Slash & Girl - Endless Run

This is the 2nd time I have gotten banned for requesting a refund for getting charged TWICE. Every week you can purchase x4 tickets for the gacha in the game. I purchased the 1100 tickets x4, so 4400 tickets, for 9.99. When I checked my bank account I got charged two times for this. You can only purchase this once a week, so obviously, I had not purchased this item twice. I did not receive 8800 tickets so why was I charged twice? Obviously I requested a refund and I was BANNED for this. This is the SECOND TIME I have been banned for this exact issue. I also checked my previous purchase history and had been charged twice for this months ago. Just fix the issue with charging players twice! I love this game and I appreciate the weekly x4 purchase for gacha tickets but I am not going to be charged two times for it! If you won’t give me a refund then just don’t give me a refund but don’t refund me then BAN ME! I have tried reaching out to support and they don’t respond. I am starting to get really upset with this game! I have spent enough money on this to get the Nanako set and I do not want to delete the app but I am really upset at the owners for doing this!

Fun game, a lot of customization and weapons. We need lore, more events (collabs?) the events tab are the same runs you can do for items over and over, can we get different stuff for events? I mean it’s LITERALLY the same 10 items available. More game modes, an idle type game mode that doesn’t go away before you can claim the rewards. The sugar storm event has been over for a while now and still no new big event, the game gets boring between events. This is one of my favorite games and there is often nothing to do and nothing new for weeks. In a runner game there has to always be something going on or the game will get boring. We can’t even add friends, there’s no guild/clan option, no form of multiplayer in any way. New outfits don’t stay around for long enough, you have like 2 weeks to buy it or the item is gone forever. Great game that can be a lot better.

I think there’s potential for this to be a great game in the auto runner genre. There’s a lot of nice customization options for your character and weapon, along with stat upgrades for some RPG-lite elements. Visually everything is pretty nice and appealing to look at from the in game graphics to the art and menus. However the biggest things I see holding this game back are the microtransactions as they are now. It’s a f2p game so microtransactions are par for the course, but there are so many systems that have optional but very useful microtransactions that are exclusive to different sections of the game along with two currencies that can be bought AS WELL as items that can be paid outright for very high prices. Cosmetics can range anywhere from $5-20, and a $50 weapon that is better than anything the game offers you to earn without paying. A lot of content in game can be “earned” without paying, but it will take a lot of grinding. In addition, the game has many areas where you can spend 30 seconds watching ads to get free items, multiply rewards earned, and unlock some weapons. There’s a difference between monetization to pay for development and to be profitable, and outright greed. And unfortunately, Slash & Girl has very greedy and predatory microtransactions
