I need someone to contact me immediately in regard to this app and their association with NBS Fayetteville Academy. We had been getting charged monthly for this app and cancelled it due to not ever using it. Now I find I’ve been charged several more times on an entirely different account that I did not give permission for and there is no way to contact anyone at the above mentioned company without logging into the app and I refuse to do that for fear of being charged AGAIN for it. We came across this app due to a college student selling the books door to door. Maybe I should have known better? I feel I’ve been scammed and have been charged several hundred dollars for a service I do not use nor have ever used and currently I’m not even sure what I’m being charged for due to not being able to find anything online in regards to this company. I am extremely dissatisfied.

We bought a subscription for this site,homer and advantage Kids and all sites will not accept our user name or email to let me login. We tried contacting the solicitor representative that helped us purchase it and he will not answer. I then emailed the company Southwestern Advantage twice about the issue and so far they are not helping either but certainly taking that monthly fee out of my bank account in time 👌🏻 Very disappointed. Set up an appointment with our bank for this week to block these monthly payments being withdrawn since I’m not able to utilize these sites.

Using the app with the Ask Me books enables augmented reality learning. The Skwids characters appear on screen when the books are scanned. They share fun facts and ask about topics found in the books. Very fun!
