What’s the point of using a scooter to get to a destination if there are no designated parking areas nearby? I ended up having to bring the scooter almost back to the exact same area where I rented it just to be able to end the ride. On top of that, I was charged $32 because the app would not let me properly end the trip. This completely defeats the purpose of using the scooter for transportation.
I am extremely happy with this service of Skootel they made it easy for me to travel around town
affordable, user-friendly, and actually very fun to ride, Skootel is an amazing app that really saved me from what would have been an hour long walk after a day out in the city. It also has you do a quick, simple sobriety test which is very responsible. I really appreciated this app and those who created it; I'm sure it's helpful for so many people.
