The worst experience ever. After a long drive we couldn’t go inside, the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. We showed her what she needed and there was always something else that she asked for, after loosing over 30 minutes we left without seeing anything. We were not the only ones who left the place disappointed, the same happened to a lady that was before and another that was in the line after us, if you give 1 starts, you can not submit review, If you give 4 stars is possible submit Incredible
Me, Travis and Carlie love Skiptown not only does Skiptown have friendly staff but the staff treats your pups as their own we usually do the bar and park but the other day I took to daycare and she went in without even second guessing it and when we picked her up she had a smile on her face thank you so much Skiptown for taking great care of the pups !!!
I love Skipper and would recommend the service to everyone. The app is good, but would be great with a few updates. First - PLEASE - let me tip my dog walker directly in the app. I always forget to leave cash for them, and honestly, we shouldn’t tip before the service is rendered. They might lose my dog, forget to give treats, stay for 5 minutes, hurt my dog, etc. Why would I tip for that? Conversely, if I see they stayed a couple minutes longer, I see the GPS path they took and how long it was or they gave me a great review of the visit - I might tip a little more. Please, Skipper, please - build this into the app. Second, the scheduling is a bit confusing. You can choose a date, but under it there are buttons for Monday, Tuesday, etc. I didn’t know what those buttons were, so I selected my date and then selected the “Wednesday” button b/c my date was a Wed. Well, I didn’t realize I had set up a recurring visit every Wednesday by doing that. No explanation of those buttons, no alert that my “recurring visit” was scheduled. I had to come back the next day to schedule the Thursday also due to business travel. I canceled my initial visit and then realized that all those recurring ones were there. I then (tried to) schedule a series of two, but after selecting the start and end dates, the “save” button was grayed out. I tried multiple times to no avail and ended up creating two individual visits- that was the only way it would work. Please make scheduling more intuitive! Finally, it’s not optimized for tablets - not a big deal, but I don’t like apps that shrink down to phone-size on my iPad. Thanks!
