App keeps on logging me out when I try to transfer money. The worst app experience I ever had on a banking app.

This is the worst app I ever used in my life. Giving 1 star as I have no other lesser rating choice. It doesn’t provide any biometric options for login. Captcha is designed such a way that it will never be successful if you use small screen mobiles. Voice option never worked for me till now Today I am happy that i was able to login, might be after trying 20+attempts. Just maintaining this SIB account because of personal commitments..I strongly recommend never use this app..better go to bank and do your transactions….

Been using this app for a really long time. I've noticed in the recent update, the fingerprint access has been removed. Which means now we'll have to manually put in the password. If you could bring back this feature it would be great. Overall a great app👍🏻
