Shorts Blocker for YouTube

First, let me just say that this extension does work and I’ve had no issue with it, and I recommend other people to buy this. Now, I know I’m probably in the minority of people, but, I was wondering if it would be possible to have the extension be compatible with Lockdown Mode. Since putting it on my phone, although ad blockers do work in Lockdown mode, the shorts blocker is unable to block shorts while in lockdown mode, if possible please add extension support while in lockdown mode. Thank you.

(EDIT: developer fixed the issue, thank you!) It hides the shorts button and the redirection feature works properly but it doesn't stop shorts from appearing on the homepage. I tried going to the support website but it says "website is archived". :(

I’ve searched for something that can do this several times on different occasions. I always give up - I’ve never been able to manage. I’ve tried everything you can think of - extensions, various apps, some light scripting, even swapping to chrome. Read many articles and reddit threads. But this is it - this is what I’ve been looking for. Honestly thank you to whoever made it, you’ve helped stop my doom scrolling. Also, not for nothing, this is the first and only app review I’ve ever written, that’s how excited I am.
