Shadow Work - Mindberg

Over the last year this app has guided me from a place of difficult challenge and suffering to calm confidence. The consistent progress I’m making is putting me on track to change my life and accomplish my goals. This app is a powerhouse of serious, well designed, and inspired tools that enlighten, support, and solidify deep personal progress. It has been of immeasurable value to me. I really needed this and I am so grateful I found it. If you would like to understand how you ended up where you are, or you need a bit of support on your journey, this app will help you gain the clarity you need to go forward.

Just stumbled across this app and decided to try it out. So far I really like the set up and how you can read and listen to most things. I especially like how questions and information is phrased and easy to digest while making you think. The one issue I’m having is that while I’m going through things (for example if I’m on the shadow tab and start reading through drop down things), usually after opening the read more for one or two of them, the app will seem to quit/back out to menu and you have to go back to where you were and find your place. It isn’t completely quitting the app and going to my Home Screen, but the screen will go dark for a second and then the logo symbol/loading screen pops up like when you first open the app and it brings you back to the main page. I was hoping that it would stop with the paid upgrade, but it still does it pretty often. (Hoping it’s an easy fix for you guys) Otherwise I think the app is awesome from what I’ve seen and used so far 🥰

I stumbled upon this app and at first I will admit I thought I had wasted my money and I wouldn’t ever actually find the time to use it. After the test I was a little intrigued so I began the shadow work and I can’t deny that it hooked me. Regardless of if you are searching for something or if you just want to understand why you are the way you are sometimes… it’s worth it. The information is easy to digest and relatable. Even if you don’t want to use everything the app offers, the wealth of knowledge is where the value lies.
