We’ve used this app for a few years now. Easy to use, effective, efficient and when we had an Environmental Health visit they were pleased we were using it. We had always been a 5 star restaurant but on one visit the paperwork had been misplaced and the owner away though we produced that days paper forms, a strict Environmental Officer refused to accept that we hadn’t all the paperwork leaving us with a disappointing 1 star. We produced the documents the next day but it was no use as we had been downgraded. We decided then to look at another option we are back now thanks to this App. It’s for any catering or food outlet a must.

Very Happy with this App, provides so many features that really supports your business. You are able to upload documents to support your Safe food better business pack. Not just does it let upload it also has a digital platform this enables you edit and save anything you add to the pack. The creators of this app has now secured the future of all catering food hygiene needs. We used this platform before our visit from our local authority they was pleased that we can keep everything safe and saved on the platform. I then emailed them all of the pack and they was very impressed that all of it was digital and now paperless. Like many will agree getting rid of all the paper work that was cluttering offices and kitchens, massive help. So much easier considering we all pretty much have a smart phone now a days. A lot of people will say the fee is a bit excessive but probably pays for itself in terms of all the polly pockets and folders we all bought before. Would suggest a future update could include getting a notification to say that you haven’t updated today. It might just be me not having my settings correct, but think I have allowed everything. Would like to see another page fill out for fridge temperature sheets if possible? Possibly an in app download for x amount of fridges we have, each sheet containing a month with of dates, month heading and possibly a cleaning tick box to say when the fridge was cleaned/ defrosted and deep cleaned.
