I highly recommend trying to get the one specifically for the type of tv you have. I just tried a generic one that just said “screen mirroring app” with the rectangle inside the rectangle, and it didn’t work, and it costed me $20/year with the 1st $20 charged right away. So then I got the one that is specifically for a fire tv, just like the one I got for my Rocu tv, both for only a one time payment of $10! The one for my Rocu tv has been displaying whatever photo I put on there for hours and hours and doesn’t turn off/get disconnected! I’m mad about the $20 RIP OFF!! But at least now I know it’ll work! 👍😎
Edited: I regret to make this addition to an app that works so well for me. To sum up how far my satisfaction has gone from my original review below I’ll give an example: the last straw for me was just now when I was asked six different times that’s right six times to write a review in less than 60 seconds and had to watch five different advertisements in the same time period. The only valid explanation for this bombardment would be a covert, psychological experiment to determine the results of a deliberate, antagonizing, blood boiling infuriating mechanism designed to break men of their com, cool collectedness. Although every vote doesn’t count in my reading, will mean absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things just on principal now I had to come in and lower my star from a 5 to 1 . I will keep both reviews to show the duality of men in the modern day, technological world of applications. Apps that perform as advertised are very rare theses days. I had very low expectations for this app when I downloaded it and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The app’s functionality performs well. Although there are ads if you do not pay for the premium subscription, they are not overbearing and reasonable. I also had no problem syncing my app with my TV, which seemed to be a problem with other apps. All in all I have absolutely no complaints. 5 Stars!
I haven’t tried this app yet, just now downloaded it, many great reviews, & as a developer myself, I’m sure it’d be great! Plus if there’s anything that doesn’t work for me then I always do figure it out out! I really wanted to reply to Bebe......., & the rest that are facing the same issue. Here’s some insight regarding the volume “just playing on their iOS handheld.” I haven’t tried this app out yet, but I might be able to help you without having to try it just yet, I mean that I will check it out a bit later today. The least confusing & easiest way to take care of this volume issue, & you don’t have to be tech savvy to do this. I don’t know a single person without a home theater system, or at least some sort of Bluetooth based speaker, even if you don’t then there’s auxiliary cables & that too with Bluetooth adaptors, or some sort of Bluetooth headset to try this. Let’s get started: Now when you’re using this app, just disconnect your FireStick from your home theatre or Bluetooth-Speaker, Aux-Cable/Adaptor/Aux Wireless Bluetooth Box, then connect your iOS devices via Bluetooth function to your Bluetooth speaker (iOS to Bluetooth Speaker/Aux etc..) Once you’re done with the connection, run this aap all over again & see if the volume comes out of your bluetooth speaker. I mean this is literally the simplest solution, yet I haven’t even tried the app. If this doesn’t work for you then please respond & I’ll get you connected! I’m almost done completing my third party best ever App Store for the Fire OS btw! Please do reply back with any questions. Thanks.
