Scheffres+

The office was using CSC previously and there was always something wrong with the machines not working or getting someone to come visit was a problem. When the company switched to Scheffres at first I thought the whole process of downloading the app and adding my bank card was a hassle but once you get the done it’s so much easier to use now I don’t have to go all the way to the office to reload my laundry card I can do it right from my phone so great app and very convenient for people who live in apartments

I live in a busy building and the laundry room is a bit small for the entire building. It is great to be able to see which machines are open and which ones aren’t. It’s also really helpful to see the ones out of order. And it is a major plus I don’t need to deal with the machine to add money to a physic laundry card

App is great! Just wish it would show if the machines are currently being used by others so we would know how to plan better amongst the tenants if machines are available or not. Other than that app works great and very convenient in its own way. If it does have the feature it certainly doesn’t reach the upper floors to see it.
