So many updates to this app, yet they never fix the problem of it not saving the zip codes that you want alerts for (specifically Residential SEP program). In fact, even with All Zip Codes checked, alerts never come through. Kind of pointless if the whole purpose of the app is to send alerts about events. It used to work just fine about a year ago. Don’t know what happened.
The app and alerts are very helpful but the alert font is too small. It is very hard to read. Please increase the fonts.
Why are we as residents presented with all these commercial choices that have NOTHING whatsoever to do with residential operations? Make a single friggin app built for an SCE residential customer ONLY, and leave all this other crap that none of us care about at home to this app only? What’s so hard about that?
