Fair. Problem is you need to enter your data each time you book even for multiple trips for the same time. Some data required are not important and duplicated such as exact date of borth. I suggest password for customers where data is storesd and no need to rewrite them each time you book. I use your train wekly. Its cumbersome. Please make it easier for the frequent travelers. Also add frequent travelers number with points and upgrades.

I used this app frequently, but now once it’s updated I hate using it. I can’t see the available seats and hours just by scrolling like before. Now I need to enter the city and the date to see one date, when I wanna see the other date I need to enter that all over again ! And if I wanna see the available seats it’s worse ! I need to enter all my info ( passport phone number etc) just to take a look ! And when I wanna see another dates available seats I should do this whole procedure ???? It was waaaay easier before. Please do an update like the older version. It’s so unsmooth now

There were trips available once updating the app all trips magically disappeared 🙂
