I can’t believe in myself that the company that i have trusted so much in 20 years that have really bad customer service. Also, take forever to return the money back for the returned items.

I purchased a mani pro passport kit. After several uses something went wrong. I tried for a loooonnnnggggg time contacting Kupa and was not successful at it. My E-mails were not being responded and phone calls were not being answered, I’ll blame the pandemic...I left a voicemail for Linda. Linda responded within 15 minutes, did a follow-up, found my returned item and promised I would get my item back within 5 days. If not for Linda all credibility for Kupa Inc. would have been lost on my behalf. Thank you Linda for being so polite and efficient. My product came back and for the time being is working well.

Easy to navigate! When entering your address make sure you type “United States” and not “USA” or it will tell you it can’t save. Also when I made my (very large) order it say my payment wasn’t successful and to do it again. I checked my cc app first and it most certainly went through, followed quickly by an order confirmation email. My cart in the app never cleared and it seems to still not recognize my order. That would have been a very expensive double order.
