Salem Five Business

This app is horrible. One cannot rely on this app to login as it only works park of the time. If one’s lucky enough to login, the app will often freeze or quit unexpectedly, especially with mobile deposits. In addition, Touch/Face ID is not an option and one cannot save a password so it becomes very frustrating having to re-enter a password every time the app is opened, especially after five attempts to deposit one check.

There needs to be access for people with small business banking accounts. I can’t access my business banking account through the Salem Five business app or the personal Salem Five banking app because it’s a small business account. Very frustrating.
