I tried to sign up for an account a few years ago and the process didn’t work out. Now I need to try the process again and their system thinks I already have an account, so I can’t go through the process of trying to sign up again. Barbados banks require too much information for you to create an account. They make you jump through a lot of hoops only for the account to be a financial burden on your life in the long term.

I have my card set to send me alerts whenever I use it and I get no alerts at all saying such and such was done with my card. Swiping from the virtual card to the master card or vise versa should not be so hard it takes a full swipe from one end of the screen to the other. When I press the settings icon only thing that works is log off, cardless transactions and ABM & Client Lounge , not even the give me feedback works when I press on it, when I press profile info does not open. I would appreciate if y’all really fix the alerts, I would like to be notified when certain things go on with my card.

There is no way to log in to an already existing account. Or switch accounts at log in?
