Safe Family: Screen Time App

So you people are going to control children’s lives?!? Do you remember when you were kids and could sneak out and have fun. Kids just want some freedom they don’t want to be the weird kid that can’t do anything cause their parents don’t trust them. I am disgusted with you parents who SPEND MONEY to control your kids lives. They can only live once let them make the best of it. Let them live their lives. I’m sure they will appreciate I have a great relationship with my kid he talks to me and is always open. You installing this ruins your relationship with them. I know when I was a kid and my parents controlled me I was always angry at them. That’s why I swore I would never parent how they did. And my kid loves it. I suggest you do the same

So since may of last year been trying to get refund. Going back and forth with the company mcafee. Finally at the end of january 2020 they tell me that i need to go thru itunes for refund since i got app thru itunes. So for the past 8 months NO ONE could tell me this? I told them from beginning how i bought the stupid app and not one employee could tell me that? Not even the 2-3 “managers” could tell me this months ago? So now im out the money i paid for. I did talk to apple and the best they could do is prorate refund. So i got 13 freakin bucks back from the 50 i spent on it. Mcafee wont be getting my services anymore. And they can thank their customer service reps and “ managers”.

So I love that this app lets me control all my kid’s phones, tablets and computer. The only downside is that I have had issues with the app itself acting like I don’t have a subscription (but I do) and neither Apple or Mcaffee support knew how to solve the problem. Eventually I figured out that if I open the from a different location, it opens correctly.
