McAfee: Stay Secure & Private

After reviewing the services offered, I signed up, excited to think of protecting my phone from all that happens in society nowadays. After I set up the services that I wanted to use, I started to notice a few things going wrong in my iPhone. For example, I could no longer use Siri, I could no longer use my microphone in messages to record messages to my friends, I could not even use it in the customer service group for McAfee. Yes I can type, but I like to dictate my messages or responses. I was virtually limited from using two of the key support tools in iPhone that I regularly use.. I attempted to get help from customer service, which was no help at all. They insisted on telling me that I had the wrong email. After checking the app. It was clear that I had the right email. I attempted to find ways within the app to turn off different elements to see if get back my use of Siri and dictating through my microphone. To no avail.. As a result, I have canceled the service, and deleted the app and then surprise surprise., Siri and dictation returned. This app is glitchy at best. It takes way too much control without asking you. And there’s no real training on how to effectively set it up. In summary, I hated this app so much.
