RTS: Fuel, Factoring & Loads

When you add a trip sometimes doesn’t show on the submitted section so you don’t know if it went through or not, the only way you know is because you receive an email stating that they have received the trip you submitted but if you go back to the app it doesn’t show that you have submitted your trip 😡 The way to correct this is to uninstall the app and reinstall it again in order to show your latest submissions, I find it annoying and inconvenient! You can draft multiple trips on the same day but you cannot send just 1 and send the other ones later! I find this annoying 😡 If you send multiple trips on the same day the trips get paid in a lump sum not individually also doesn’t show how much %$ got taken from each trip on the email statement so you have to calculate how much %$ the factoring took for each trip which I find inaccurate and inconvenient specially if you have an owner operator that demands a detailed report on each trip and you only have a lump sum paid on your bank not individually. Why is it treated like that when each trip is different? I find this performance lazy corner cutting, I don’t like it one bit!

I signed a contract with them to factor my payments. It was for a set rate . Months later I was offered a fuel card which when bundled with the factoring was supposed to give me a lower rate for factoring. The bundled contract guaranteed my factoring rate at 2.75 percent if I reached my set minimum factoring per month at $5,000 and my fuel card usage minimum was 90 percent of all my fueling needed to be charged on their fuel card . Since that is my only fuel card I use it for 100 percent of my fuel purchases. I factor way more than the $5,000 minimum monthly consistently. I started noticing that I was being charged a way higher percentage for factoring than I was supposed to be charged . When I asked for a refund they promised me a refund which I have never received and have been chasing down for over a month and counting . No one answers my calls nor calls me back when I leave messages . Then when I finally was contacted by a supervisor I was told that I didn’t meet my monthly factoring requirement for certain months which they tried to base off of the initial contract before I got the bundled rate instead of the actual requirements that were on my bundled proposal . Then when I pointed out that I met the factoring requirement for a certain month but was still overcharged the following month I was told that I hadn’t met the fuel card usage requirement which was a minimum of 90 percent of all my fuel . I use that fuel card for 100 percent of all my purchases so I don’t know how they possibly concluded I didn’t meet that requirement. When I got a copy of my bundled proposal they put a recent date on it to make it seem like I just got the bundled rate even though I had that fuel card bundle since 2023. These people are SCAMMERS , THIEVES, and straight up CROOKS! They robbed me and are continually trying to swindle me and give me a run around to avoid giving me refunds for all the months of overcharging they did to me after I bundled my fuel and factoring with them in December 2023. I SERIOUSLY advise any and everyone to heed my warning and STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!! Until I receive a refund for all overcharged months I will stand behind the facts of them robbing me !

Everything is great just missing couple of things. 1. Searching for fuel along a route. This feature would be highly appreciated and valued by drivers as most of the time it is what we do, we search for fuel on our routes. For reference please see Mudflap app which is freely available and/or cardControl app by wex. 2. Find me/My location button is missing. This is also relevant to the first point above. After manually searching for fuel along the route we have to zoom out all the way to be able to find our current location on the map (the blue dot) again. 3. When searching for fuel ahead on the route the distance displayed is inaccurate. I assume the distance is calculated from the search point instead of my current location. This forces me to take several additional steps to find out the actual distance. Thanks in advance developers!
