My husband signed on with CHRobinson he finds loads and good loads all the time. When he calls to either book the load or bid he hasn’t had any issues with not getting a hold of anyone he always gets through. When they tell him they will call right back always do. The load board you have to get use to it but pretty easy. The only thing I can say is CHRobinson is a good company the people from brokers to insurance department we alway have very good standings with them. If I have questions on paperwork anything I call get to the right department explain my problem they help correct the issue and I’m good to go. When sending in our billing if it’s not clear or ledgeable they let me know I fix the paperwork good to go. So from both of our experience we are giving CHRobinson 5 stars. Well deserved.

I’ve been working with C.H. Robinson since 2004, and it has always been one of my favorite companies among the thousands of brokers I’ve dealt with. I’ve never had to wait more than 48 hours for a payment—until now.
Recently, I noticed that C.H. Robinson has started factoring their loads, and I believe this is a serious misstep. In the past two months, things have changed drastically. I currently have multiple loads that have been pending for over a week—some even two weeks. For the first time ever, I had to call C.H. Robinson to request a payment release. For the first time, I’ve waited beyond the usual 48-hour window.
I called and was told, “The money will be released tomorrow.” But now that tomorrow is today, it’s still showing as “processing.” This is disappointing, and I believe factoring is the wrong direction for a company that used to pride itself on reliability. I’m not happy with this new service experience.

The app is nice, but ever since I got a new phone, iPhone 8, I have no option to “find loads”. I’ve tried uninstalling and downloading it again with no luck. Would be glad to give it a 5 star rating if this gets fixed though.
***update*** after this review, CH very quickly responded and fixed the problem. 5 stars for the customer service :)
