Having an RBS account has always been painless for me. Everything is simple and straight forward except Apple Pay, they do things in reverse but once I sorted it out I thought what a good way to do it, better security than the way the other guys do it. Thank you RBS.
I have a bank account with RBS and I live in the U.S.A. I have been with RBS for over 35 years with no reason to change banks. It’s a shame that RBS closed local banks and I am not a huge fan of some of there practices, but I am still with them and it is very unlikely that I will change.
I am usually using the app to see charges and balances and to pay bills. While it is easy to see the current account and recent transactions, I cannot understand why Bill Pay is not more obvious. I have bank accounts in three different countries and in the other two I can see Bill Pay as soon as the app opens. That is useful: when time is short (and when is it not?) I want to pay a bill and move on. This app wastes time.
Take control of your banking. Our app makes your day-to-day banking easy, quick and secure. Why the RBS app? Manage your money easily and securely:...
