RoutingBox Mobile

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a disastrous experience with RoutingBox/ Founders Software. We signed up for their service, but it didn't meet our needs, so we requested cancellation after just two weeks. The salesperson acknowledged our request and instructed us to forward it to the billing department. We assumed everything was taken care of, but surprisingly, we were charged for two more months. When we contacted the sales team again, they admitted to dropping the ball and assured us they would resolve the issue. However, instead of fixing the problem, they continued to bill us, and we eventually had to involve our bank to cancel the recurring payment. To add insult to injury, RoutingBox/Founders Software is now sending us collection notices for over $3000. This is outrageous and speaks volumes about their questionable business practices. Our experience with RoutingBox/Founders Software has been marred by broken promises, poor communication, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company. # 0 (Zero) rating

It’s easy to use but recently been having major issues loading. I put my employee number in and it just says loading. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone and still won’t load. If this doesn’t work I can’t work. With that I have a major issue. Playing with my money is playing with my emotions
