Changes to Rewards Program / Devalued Customer’s Points

After being a loyal Round Table Pizza customer for years, I am deeply disappointed by their recent overhaul of the rewards program and the subsequent handling of customer feedback. The sudden increase in points required for redeeming free pizzas has significantly devalued both the hard-earned points and the spending power of loyal customers like myself. What was once a rewarding experience, saving points for a free pizza, has now become a disheartening realization that my loyalty and patronage have been taken for granted. Despite reaching out to express my concerns and the immediate negative impact of these changes—specifically, the inability to redeem a pizza I had been saving points towards—I was met with generic responses that neither addressed my situation nor offered any form of resolution. The lack of prior notification about these drastic changes to the rewards system only adds insult to injury, leaving customers blindsided and undervalued. The manner in which Round Table Pizza has chosen to implement and communicate these changes, coupled with an apparent disinterest in genuinely addressing customer concerns, reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. It's disheartening to see a brand I once held in high regard for its customer service now disregarding the very foundation of any loyalty program: the mutual respect and value between a business and its customers. I am left with no choice but to reconsider my patronage and advise potential customers to be wary of a rewards program that may no longer offer the value it promises, and a customer service team that seems uninterested in the concerns of their loyal customers.

Useless

The app is somehow worse than their website. Credit card info isn’t stored for future use, they codes the credit card box wrong so you can’t use auto fill. Once you order, everything basically disappears, you can’t find delivery time. You have to go to “order history” just to see that an order was in fact made on todays date, but no further info is provided. You also don’t get any kind of confirmation email, so I’m sitting here wondering if I’m really going to get my pizza, have to check my credit card app to confirm that I was charged. And just as I’m about to hit send, appx 40 minutes after I make the order, I get email confirmation of the order. App works, barely, better to just use the also, but slightly less terrible website. Hope the pizza is hot, because delivery is still 20+ minutes out through DoorDash. I really hope the driver doesn’t also have multiple other deliveries in opposite directions, as is a common issue with DoorDash.

Is this App from 2010? is 2021 right?

Don’t like the fact that I log in, and then I have to log in one more time with in the App to be able to order. Also for older people I feel like this app would be hard to use. Is not as user friendly. Last when you buy through the app you have to ask for the receipt from the delivery guy to scan it in order to get points. First time I ordered I though your point got added automatically like it does with the dominos app but that’s not the case and the delivery guys didn’t leave a receipt. Not his fault. I should have know. Overall. This app needs to improve a lot. Domino’s App is way better and easier to use. Learn from dominos Round Table. I pay $50 dollars for one pizza when I go all out, yet dominos who charges $7 for pizza has an App that makes Round tables’ App look like it was from 2010.
