I like everything from this app the only matter I’m not satisfied with is the Consult a Pro. I had a bad experience, I made the appointment to have a phone conversation with an attorney at 4:00 PM and he called me at 4:15 PM, I’m ok with that, he apologized and explained me he was busy. Anyways I explained him my case and he told me he can help me with that, then he received a phone call and said it was important and he needed to hang up, that he will call me as soon as he finishes that call. He never called me, I entered into the platform and check the status concluded with the attorney’s explanation of what we talked and what he told me. Great I thought he was going to help me as he told me, but I spent two weeks leaving messages every other day that I would like to hire him and he never called me back.

I’ve used this service for a few different legal situations I’ve had to deal with. It has been very helpful. You can access legal forms easily. Ask questions and get answers from real , legal attorneys. Look up laws, penal codes and statutes. I’ve used a different service also that started out good but didn’t continue being good. This is a better service by far. Sometimes you just need to know what the law is on something and a couple legal terms to use and your able to take care of an issue without hiring an attorney. And without looking like you don’t know at all what your talking about. I personally like to research things before I approach a situation , so I’m able to present my self like I know what I’m talking about. This service has helped me do this more than once.

I heard about the service from a friend when I mentioned I was needing some estate planning documents done. He recommended LegalZoom and this. I didn’t have high expectationsAnd decided to try it anyway. I got the free trial and then signed up for three months. I was shocked how great the service was. I was able to get all of my trusts and wills done and was even able to speak with the lawyer both via email and on the phone. All for a decently low subscription price. When I didn’t need the service anymore canceling was actually easy which is a big deal when you subscribe to a service. Highly recommend
