It’s quick, easy, and simple to use when keeping in contact with your lawyer on all time sensitive issues and matters. I’m always on the go but with this app it makes this stressful moment in life so much easier to deal with (this is coming from someone with ADHD, Anxiety and Borderline Depression) I am happy this app exists for this current hard chapter in my life. To all I hope you the best with your current situation hang in there!

This app is great in concept but very lacking in actual functionality and application. When you go to leave a message the entire top half of the screen shakes and vibrates fiercely up and down making typing extremely difficult and annoying. Additionally if you need to scroll up to review previous messages and see timeline and it is nearly impossible because it stops at intervals in the past history and will not let you scroll further and it constantly bounces to a particular point in the timeline repeatedly. This is beyond frustrating because it is often necessary to review previous case messages and ability to see when and what documents were sent in chronological order. Please fix this so I can better communicate with my attorney

This mobile app is completely worthless. When opened, it prompts for an email address to receive a sign-in link. The email it sends contains a button that opens Safari and takes you to a webpage that prompts you to enter your email address again to receive a sign-in link. The email it sends looks identical to the first one but the button opens Safari again and loads your case page there. Thus, there is no point in using the app at all, as it only takes you to the web interface anyways. Save yourself some time and just use the web interface from the start. They definitely used a 3rd rate app developer for this one.
