I remember playing this game way back in the day (probably when it first came out) it was actually really fun and it was playable, I came back to it recently and I wanted to see how much it changed since I heard it was still getting updates, however it’s sort of just unplayable now 1. The cash, you barely start with any and it’s extremely hard to progress, and in my opinion it already was hard to progress in the early days of the game, but at least it was tolerable 2. I remembered there being a lot more robots in the game, around 20, I came back and I saw that there are now only 9, and yes, I know you can customize each and one of them which is an upside, but the downside is lots of the robots are locked behind a subscription AND the variety of types is gone, I remember there being robots named jaws, muzzle, dragon, alien, and much more, they were walker/spider themed robots and now they are gone, which were the most fun to play as in my opinion, so it’s really sad to see those for some reason removed from the game entirely.
This is apparently 6 years old if not older…you start with minimal money (no big deal) except you have to make repairs constantly which are expensive…if you lose you’ll probably cost more to repair your vehicle which ontop of that you lose 40 silver for losing even if you have more health it doesn’t matter if the timer runs out you lose. (it cost around 75 silver to fix your car and if you win you only get like 200 silver). There is only 1 option on armor and 1 option on weapons you can purchase with silver and that’s all the further you can progress (other than buying maybe 2 different cars) the battles are terrible though! Enemies automatically regenerate health one time while playing and if you pin someone they just respawn (usually infront of a power up)…there was just no love poured into this game, which is sad because it could have made a considerable amount of money had they put actual care into it…there not really any other game like this on the market and there is a desire for a multiplayer variant of this type of game.
Fun for days. Although the first Mimi bot you start with is the best, the game continues in difficulty by challenging new with slower harder hitting bots. The 1st tier of the game is or should be about the gold not just ending the opponent if done correctly you can earn between 10-15 or more gold per round pending on where you are doing battle 3vsU is my $$$ maker. Also a tip start as low as you can in the Arena there’s 1000’s of battles and positions to climb up earning gold and silver in every level you climb. Because the game is so new and there’s only 11 or 12,000 people playing it of course you’re playing some AI bot version of that character on there climb, that’s the beauty of it’s simplicity. Please don’t change this play style, it’s perfect now just add more styles of play to the game. example: breakdown 1) bot and environment vs ppl Like it is now just with more damaging obstructions. This mode is a stand alone Arena with this idea in mind that it can be done 3 different ways . Add Obstacles when if not avoided activates Irons that fall and Pressure activated spiked floor squares really those variations are endless and can be set on a climbing scale. 2) ppl bot vs ppl nothing else 3) garage mode where you can buy certain obstacles for silver that can be used in your arena 4) After gaining 100,000 or more players that have actively joined the game. Add guilds. Guilds that do battle Tournaments with home styled Arenas for home and away games. Please don’t turn it into a pay to win game. Use this powerful opportunity to reward those guilds with active players. The more activity from players =‘s a guilds currency to buy obstacles their guild arena during the playoffs. 5)real player vs real player I hope you enjoyed the review and you continue to support the game. To the developers and designers thank for your time and this opportunity to give ideas for the future of this title.
