Would give zero stars if I could. Booked a pick up for my family to go to the airport 5 days in advance, they never scheduled the driver and when I called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to see where the driver was the dispatcher told me they don’t pick up from my location so no car was coming. HORRIBLE customer experience, and I will never use them again because they cannot be trusted to actually deliver even when I booked on their official app.

This app is super cool, i request my service and was super fast and cheaper than other cars service... I use riverside for years and now with this app its better...

They give you an estimate wait time but they tend to get here before. Sometime they do take customers when I request the taxi. So I suggest that they ask or call the person that requested the taxi like some of their coworkers. Other than that I always arrive on time and safe to my destination. I do prefer the app than calling them because I see what car I'm going in and who's driving me to my destination. Thank you for your service!
