If you happen to pay rent or anything and you just so happen to not have enough in your bank, a reasonable thing would it would be declined and you try again, right? Well, this app puts you on a 3 month probation of not being able to do anything causing 3 months of inconvenience nightmares. Any property that has this app, don't even move in. It's an absolute POS.

The app works well. I can reserve amenities and add visitors. Very helpful.

This is a property’s propriety app and if you need to understand your ledger and or share rent payments with anyone - don’t even bother trying to use it for paying rent. It’s clunky and stressful. Very unclear ledger. Staff don’t understand how to use it worth. I work I technology and expect better from a premium property. Use the Resident or Rent Cafe app instead. You can easily pay your rent in a few clicks. Oh - and they only accept online Payments so don’t even bother trying another way. The management is so proud of this app and it does have some good features but overall buggy and clunky UI.
