Checking in with the kiosk is nice, and the digital key is helpful. But the checkout function is clunky and doesn’t show you your total when you have to pay. Feels a little scammy…. Also, the #1 drawback of “Rita Rio” is that when you actually need help, it’s almost impossible to speak to a real human.
I would love this app if I could read what’s being said. Half of Rita is always cut off. The chat is awesome but wouldn’t recommend it for that.
Downloading information, the check in process and receiving a digital key was one of the easiest ways I had ever checked into a hotel. Would recommend Rio Hotel and the check in process to all.
