There is no other way to say it. Coleen is the best. Always upbeat, personable and ready and eager with a smile to make her clients day better and help them feel better about how they look. She trims my beard bi-weekly and cuts my tangle of curly hair every 5-6 weeks. It does not matter where she is working I’ll always go to Coleen.

I personally use this app to schedule every week and it works! For those who can figure it out it is a godsend but for everyone else they have trouble finding the client profile and using the app to schedule appointments. The app automatically makes a barber profile for new users and I have to notify every client to switch it to a client profile. I’ve spoken with many of my clients and they state it’s complicated to navigate and I feel if it automatically took everyone to a client profile it would be far more practical. It’s a minor issue to anyone who has the app as a barber but to those who use this app for convenience, it is an inconvenient step. Please change immediately. I really do like this app.

I find this app very useful as a client because it’s so easy to set my appointments and connect with my barber. As a women with short hair, I always found it hard to connect with barbers, but with the help of this app I am able to do so. It’s so easy to set up an account and actually put it to good use. My boyfriend and I love this app and we are beyond impressed by all its features. I highly recommend everyone to get this app because it’s the best app I have used for appointment booking!!
