Never works!
This app hardly ever works. There is always a glitch, an issue so I always end up using the web to log in. It’s so frustrating. Why can’t they fix it?!

Broken in iOS 18
This app is completely broken in iOS 18. I can login but nothing works after that, no recognition of tap/touch. Either Chugach failed to update or their app developer didn’t bother testing their platform against the latest iOS release.

Serious problems
This app freezes all the time. CEA has put forth some serious efforts to get people to use it but mid payment it will freeze. Sometimes payment goes through sometimes not. There is no way to get rid of old accounts or ones that they mistakenly put in your name. I don’t need to see my neighbor from two doors down usage or bills.
