Ride Circuit

The free shuttle idea is the reason this review is getting at least two stars. There are many caveats to this app technologically-wise. First, the ETA given to the customers is not accurate at all. I requested a ride once which said the ETA was 18 minutes, in reality, I waited for around 35 minutes to have the ride CANCELLED at the end. It would be nice to implement the path the shuttle car will take before getting to you, as well as how many stops it will make before getting to you. Envision the feature as the path that Uber Pool provides before a driver comes pick riders up. Second, there is absolutely no GPS guide for drivers to follow to get from one point to another. Drivers have to manually copy and paste the address from the app to a maps app, WHILE DRIVING. I do not see why this would not be a safety hazard for both drivers and riders if the driver needs to use their phone while driving. There really needs to be automated navigation with optimized pathing algorithm so drivers can get from one point to another faster. This can save SO MUCH more time and reduce the ETA I mentioned in the previous point. Overall, the idea is amazing, but the developers have a lot to improve on to improve the user experience for both drivers and riders.

first time using the app. I had not even download it yet. Jumped in with another rider, and they dropped us off on the way to their location in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Evelyn. While I was trying to download the app, and getting out of the vehicle, I was not paying attention, and left my long sleeve shirt in the far backseat. When I discovered it, I called and then went online and filed a lost and found report. robert mclure called me and ask about the information and then told me he would try to track down my shirt. I got another call within a half hour saying he found it and that my driver Evelyn would drop it off. Within a half an hour, my shirt was dropped off at the restaurant. This is a wonderful idea and when I’ve been able to use it has been life-saving but in the other side the application is not really working. The driver is not always getting notification when you request a pick up. To you It is showing that the request is being done. You can be waiting and see your driver passed in front of you and they have no idear that they have to pick you up. On the other side it’s’s been two days that I’ve been requesting pick ups and I have been receiving a message with no drivers available consistently. When I’ve asked drivers if they were very busy they were surprise and said they weren’t. so I don’t know what happened but it’s really a pity. Hope they get to tune the App so it works well. All the rest is fantastic, the idea, the service and especially the drivers are all wonderful and they really make their best to accommodate you. I’m using the Williamsburg, NY service.
