Dear RHB team, Please attend and response to this issue. I am a first time user and wanted to complete the submission for my CC application. Whenever i tried to put in my personnel info (name, email address,etc) for the FIRST STEP for account sign up, the page seems to be blank and frozen. And it will take me to the otp request page all over again. It is very upsetting because I want to help you ease my application, but this happens

Consultant put doc as incorrect because the screenshot of the docs are not full because it will pixelate. I cannot upload the pdf because it is not supported.

I submitted my loan application within 15 mins at home. Was a breeze to use and a consultant got back to me really quickly, would rate 6 stars if I could
