Enjoyable game, love the opportunity to acquire more points or stars by watching ads. But every time I watch an ad, the game either freezes or crashes, and then does not credit me my points or stars. Very frustrating, thinking about deleting because of this issue. Also, the “rewards” in this game are minimal at best. And if you read some of the other reviews, I am not the only person that thinks this. This has the potential to be a great game if the developers let go of some of their greed and thought more of the player experience. I have reached out to help several times with no response. I would be very willing to add more stars and update my review if I ever see positive changes made. UPDATE: First, I would like to say that I love, love, love the new feature, giving players the opportunity to watch ads for more stars or points! Also, I am happy to report that since posting my initial review, my game no longer freezes or crashes when watching ads. These two changes make the game infinitely more playable and enjoyable. Now, you are able to play and progress without being forced to pay. I will continue to spend money on this game because I WANT to, not because I HAVE to to continue playing the game. Keep up the great work, developers! Increasing my rating from two stars to five stars!

I understand ads to support the game. First of all, the rewards that you now get for the event where you finish 5 levels are pathetic. It used to be 24 hour of lives and a little bit of money which I was neutral on. Then it went to 12 hours of lives, 15 minutes of the help that generates supplies and coin. This one I loved. Now you only get 10 minutes of that help and coin. The problem is now there are ads after every level and you only actually get to use that help for about 5 minutes because of the ad interruption. The ads quite often malfunction and when they do, I have to play the previous level again. I usually only have challenge levels to play. I am assuming that they are randomly generated by the game but it seems that I only get the super hard levels which sometimes take days to be able to beat. Even with the difficulty, I get the same levels over and over about once a week which is boring. We also used to get a chest we could open every 2 hours and now we only get it sporadically. Sometimes I can get 5 for the whole day and other times it only appears once. This game used to be fun but with the rewards getting to be lame and the ads, you have lost me as a player. It is also obvious by reading the reviews with the same complaints and the lame excuses that you do not care about keeping the players you already have.

I am not one to write reviews, but just had to for this game. I have loved time management games for decades now, and this is one of the best I have ever played. I’ve gotten super tired of the food-related games, and this game is fresh and really does keep your interest (I am almost on level 700 now and still wanting to play it all the time!). I have spent some money on it, but only $1.99 at a time once every couple of weeks to get more coins to extend the very difficult levels. Not bad, and I really wouldn’t have had to spend any money to really enjoy this game. I would love it if the devs would use the same platform to make several different-themed time management games (other than food-related please!), and would support them wholeheartedly!
