Remote for Roku TV & Channel

I used to use this remote a lot but now it does not respond to either Roku on any iOS device Update: It took a while to resolve the issue but it turned out to be a Roku issue rather than an app issue which once discovered by the app developer and reported to me it works great again.

This app is so on point. When I push a button it’s even faster reacting than the actual remote. So smooth and if you play around with all the extra features I just found out it has, you will be really impressed. For example, you know when you have to type in a password or your email with the dreaded roku remote…. This app has a keyboard you can pull up for that. You can also bring up a scroll pad to move left right or up and down like you do on a laptop mouse pad when you don’t plug in a mouse. It has the volume buttons too for some reason the other Roku remote apps do not have the volume for some dumb reason. The only complaint I can possibly think of is that it won’t connect to my old roku stick in one of the TVs in my house but it is like a second generation stick. The rest of my TVs are all roku TVs and this connects to any of them with lighting speed.

The app is a bit tricky when it comes to typing and navigating within a channel but overall this is great. Our kids lose their remotes often sadly and this is so handy for my husband and I.
