Relay: Quit Lust & Addiction

I've been using the Relay app with a full membership for a couple of months now, and I’m so thankful I joined. There are so many things I love about the app, but what stands out most is how well it supports recovery through thoughtful tools and community. One of the features I’ve found most valuable is the tracking system, which helps you stay focused on your goals and set healthy boundaries for yourself. The ability to join teams or accountability groups has also been a game changer—it's a great way to build real connections with others on similar journeys. But the most impactful part, for me, has been the weekly meetings. They offer a powerful space for vulnerability and support, where you can truly connect with others in the group. Overall, my experience with Relay has been a solid 5 out of 5. I’m excited to keep growing with this app and am incredibly grateful for the amazing people behind it.

Relay is a great way to find a group to connect with others who deal with the same issues. Porn addiction is an issue that most people try to battle alone. And it’s hard to find people who are willing to work together on curbing the addiction because most people who use porn have no intention of stopping. It’s such a normalized and mainstream habit, so it can be challenging to connect with others who also are trying to quit the addictive behavior. This app also provides content to help work on the core issues behind addiction. I personally enjoyed having access to a group that I could talk to about this stuff and get vulnerable with. I don’t believe this app replaces therapy but it certainly helps you work on the core issues behind your addiction and connect with others who are dealing with the same issues. I was amazed to talk with people who had similar struggles which helped me greatly.
