REKKI: Wholesale Ingredients

Love this app, I’m the Chef of a very busy kitchen Brigade. It takes literally 15 seconds to order what I need. The app still needs to be tweaked I.E. pricing would be helpful so I can compare apples to apples, and a few other issues. On the up side; the customer service dept is very very good!! Fast to open a new order, fast communication and confirmation of order. Once they work out the logistics( hopefully by listening to their users) this will be a 5 star app.

As a chef of multiple locations, the Rekki app is instrumental in managing my purchasing. Software is straight forward and easily customizable. And when help is needed, the support is there and extremely knowledgeable. Setup is handled almost exclusively by their team, and the platform is handed over ready to go in no time. They are also open to feedback and have made adjustments that fit our specific needs. Can’t imaging going back to my old system.

As a business consultant for small bars pubs, and restaurants. I found this app to be highly resourceful. The Rekki team are very attentive. The software it’s self is very customizable. It makes ordering smooth and super easy. Doesn’t need to be modified to vendors. I use it. To talk to my team as well. Which mean no more endless group chats.
