There is zero free access to ANYTHING to try without a subscription or trial 7 days. These devs need to realize that so many of us have been burned in getting charged for subscriptions when we legitimately canceled. It's usually something like, "oh, we canceled the transaction on our end, but Apple has to process it..." I don't need one more task in checking my money to see if a guarantee was upheld, or having a "free trial" cancelation turn into a project that I have to manage. This is a de-stress app that has the likelihood of causing MORE stress. Oh, and you don't find out that EVERYTHING is behind a paywall until you go to the trouble of creating a required login. I love this app! Even though there is a subscription fee, it’s totally worth it. There are daily activities with response areas, videos for yoga and stretches, led meditations, and water intake. Fave feature is the forum, where you can connect and interact with community of users in a safe space, on topics like mental health, sleeping, and relationships. There’s still so much to explore, like self-help courses and the mentors interactive.
I started out not liking the product and was doubtful it was going to work but stuck through because of a promise I made to myself. I’m guilty of also leaving a bad review in the past. But it turned out to be the best thing that I’ve done in a long time. I’m less stressed in general, get into fewer fights with my SO, feel happier, and have made incredible strides and couldn’t be more thankful! Advice for anyone that might’ve thought as I did and want to quit: stick to it for a few days and see. It might just change your life
