We used to have Xfinity home. We moved into a new home, we waited a few months to get a security system. We chose NCA using RControl. I use my iPad to set it at night, i set it when I leave and disarm it when I return from my car. I love being able to set it and disarm it from anywhere! We are extremely please.

I was having some issues with the app recently. I emailed them and they were able to solve my problem easily without issues. Other than that, the app works well

No offense but the app implements UI elements as if the developer just found out about some new gadgets. There’s no need for sliders when the option is on/off, no need for the extra work. Also, turning off the alarm should have a confirmation prompt. All too often if you hit the wrong button your stuck waiting for the error message and then the refresh, which in itself takes too long. Finally, if an error does occur the screen sometimes goes into the log screen and gets stuck there. It should be snappier first, then worry about the cute UI elements.
